Cancellation Policies

Classes

  • Cancel for any reason within 48 hours of enrollment and receive the choice of a full refund or in-house credit.
  • Change/transfer your class: contact us and finalize the change over 7 days prior to first class for free.
  • Cancellations over 7 days prior to first class – 100% account credit is given. Non-refundable.*
  • Cancellations under 7 days prior to first class – Non-refundable.*
  • Due to our intentional student-to-coach ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition, or refunds. Students/families may request an Open Gym Voucher at the front desk for each missed class due to illness or other unexpected absences. Planned vacation, etc, will not result in an Open Gym Voucher.
  • In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing after the Class start date, an in-house credit will be issued equivalent to each day of missed programming.
  • In the event of an unexcused absence, missed Class days will not result in make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds.*

Camps

  • Change your date: contact us and finalize the change more than 14 days prior to the first day of camp for free.
  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before start date – A full refund or account credit can be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before start date – A full account credit can be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date – No refunds or credits will be issued.*
  • In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing due to government mandate or public health order, in-house credits will be given equivalent to each day of missed programming and participants will receive priority enrollment for the next future booking of camp and/or class through next ABC Session.
  • In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing for a reason outside of government mandate or public health order, the choice of a refund or in-house credit will be given equivalent to each day of missed programming and participants will receive priority booking for next future booking of camp and/or class through next ABC Session.
  • In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing after the camp start date, the choice of a pro-rated refund or in-house credit will be given equivalent to each day of missed programming and participants will receive priority booking for the next future booking of camp and/or class through ABC Session.
  • In the event of absence, missed camp days will not result in make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds.*

Private Lessons

  • Payment is due upon booking.
  • Cancellations 24 hours or more prior to the lesson – 100% account credit given
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the lesson –  No account credit or refund is given.
  • If using a make up card for a private lesson, cards can not be used for private lessons with multiple children. Each child must have a make up card for the discount to apply.

Open Gym and Birthday Parties

  • Change your date: contact us and finalize the change more than 14 days prior to the party date for free.
  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before party date – A full refund or account credit can be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before party date – A full account credit can be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before party date – No refunds or credits will be issued.*

Assessments and Practices

  • Cancellations over one week prior to initial assessment or practice – 100% account credit given, or a 100% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request.
  • Cancellations 24 hours to 1 week prior to initial assessment or practice– 100% account credit given, or a 50% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request.
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to initial assessment or practice–  100% account credit given, upon request.
  • Prorated refunds/credits are not available for missed practices during assessment or if a child chooses to drop out midway through the assessment period.

Training Camps and Outdoor Camps (Domestic)

  • $100 non-refundable deposit will be included in the cost Training Camps or Domestic Outdoor Camps
  • Cancellations over 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – 100% credit given for cancellations one week prior to the first day of camp; or, a refund may be given upon request for any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. The refunded amount will exclude a $100 deposit.
  • Cancellations 1 week to 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – upon request a 50% refund can be given. The refunded amount will exclude a $100 deposit.
  • Cancellations 1 week or less – No refunds for cancellations.
  • For changes to camp enrollments, we will credit your account if a difference in cost is applicable.

Outdoor Camps (International)

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit will be included in the cost for International Outdoor Camps.
  • Cancellations over 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – 100% credit given for cancellations one week prior to the first day of camp; or, a refund may be given upon request for any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. The refunded amount will exclude a $500 deposit.
  • Cancellations 1 week to 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – upon request a 50% refund can be given. The refunded amount will exclude a $500 deposit.
  • Cancellations 1 week or less – No refunds for cancellations.
  • For changes to camp enrollments, we will credit your account if a difference in cost is applicable.
