ABC Outdoor Climbing
ABC Outdoor Classes run in the fall and spring sessions and provide a great outlet for kids to get out of the gym. We have After School classes and full day Weekend Classes. For new climbers these classes offer a great introduction to outdoor climbing, packing in a lot of learning and outdoor experience in a short after school program. For returning climbers our guides add progressive skills and ramp up the difficulty of climbs.
ABC Outdoor Summer camps are what really set us apart. These camps build teamwork, self responsibility and confidence in our youth climbers.
We have options for kids who have never climbed before to kids who are top ten in the state. We are able to provide this by staffing highly skilled guides who are also climbing coaches. Our guides have chosen this as a career and are extremely experienced working with youth who are learning to climb.
We have access to world class climbing destinations here in boulder and we make full use of these areas.
ABC travel camps are the highlight of everyone’s year. We take competitive youth athletes to some of the best locations in Colorado and the surrounding states. Exposing them to the broader climbing world and providing unforgettable experiences with their teammates friends and competitors. These trips are open to all competitive athletes from any gym.
Want to experience climbing as a family? Have a special outing or want to provide your climber with more individual experience? Private guiding is for you! We offer half and full day outings and will work with you to understand what you want to work on. Our guides can provide gym to crag instruction, intro to outdoor climbing, and multipitch adventures!
Highly specific coaching and instruction in outdoor climbing. This is for youth and adults and is a fully customizable offering. We will work with you to understand you goals and create a plan to achieve them, from doing your first lead climb, trad climb, multipitch or sending 5.12, 5.13. ABCs guide staff leverage their coaching knowledge and combine that with our guiding experience to help you break your plateaus.
