Birthday Parties

ABC Kids Climbing offers a unique birthday party experience! Our skilled instructors will lead children through an hour and a half of climbing, games, and activities. Children are encouraged to explore the different areas of our gym, including the top rope walls. Children will play in our specially designed ABC room, where they can climb, zip line, and slide. After climbing, the group will move into the Party Room for half an hour, to enjoy food, cake, and gifts. With our low student to instructor ratio, climbers get a personalized experience.

Unforgettable Birthday Parties!

Guests: All party packages have a maximum of 12 or 18 climbing guests (including birthday child)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, beginning at 12:30pm and 3pm

Ages: Birthday parties at ABC Kids Climbing are appropriate for kids ages 5 and up. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Options: Choose from multiple options or work with us to create a custom event. Find the one that’s perfect for you.

Basic Package

Our basic party package of $350 includes:

  • 1½ hours of instruction

  • Climbing and games for up to 12 kids

  • ½ hour use of our party room

  • Shoe and harness rental

Outdoor Package

Take the celebration outside with an unforgettable climbing adventure! Our outdoor birthday parties give kids (and families) the chance to experience real rock while celebrating their special day. Whether scrambling on the classic boulders of Flagstaff or roping up in the stunning walls of Eldorado or Boulder Canyon, we’ll handle the gear, guiding, and fun—you bring the party spirit!

    • 3 hours of climbing (starting at our gym and traveling together to the crag)

    • Professional guides who keep the day safe, exciting, and age-appropriate

    • All climbing gear provided (shoes, harnesses, helmets, ropes, pads)

    • Customizable group sizes and party formats

    • Bouldering – Flagstaff Mountain

      • Up to 6 participants – $375

      • Up to 12 participants – $750

    • Rope Climbing – Eldorado Canyon*

      • Up to 6 participants – $480

      • Up to 8 participants – $560

    • Rope Climbing – Boulder Canyon (Nip n’ Tuck or Castle Rock)

      • Up to 6 participants – $480

      • Up to 8 participants – $560

    • Minimum age: 7 years old (Exceptions allowed with approval)

    • Parties last 3 hours (including travel from the gym)

    • For larger rope-climbing groups, call us for a custom booking

    • Eldorado Canyon reservations are required for separate drivers on weekends, May 15–Sept 15
