Cancellation Policies
Cancel for any reason within 48 hours of enrollment and receive the choice of a full refund or in-house credit.
Change/transfer your class: contact us and finalize the change over 7 days prior to first class for free. No guarantee and subject to availability.
Cancellations over 7 days prior to first class – 100% account credit is given. Non-refundable.
Cancellations under 7 days prior to first class – Non-refundable.
ABC utilizes an intentional student-to-coach ratio. Missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition, or refunds. In the event of illness or unplanned emergency, Students/families may request an Open Gym Voucher at the front desk. Planned vacation, etc, will not result in an Open Gym Voucher.
In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC, an in-house credit will be issued equivalent to each day of missed programming.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before start date – A full refund or in-house credit can be issued.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before start date – A full in-house credit can be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date – Non-refundable.
In the event of a gym closure or program cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing for a reason outside of government mandate or public health order, the choice of a refund or in-house credit will be given equivalent to each day of missed programming.
In the event of absence, missed camp days will not result in make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before party date – A full refund or account credit can be issued.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before party date – A full account credit can be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before party date – No refunds or credits will be issued.
Payment is due upon booking.
Because of how staffing schedule and payment is orchestrated for private lessons, we are only able to offer an account credit if canceled 72 hours or more prior to the lesson.
Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to the lesson – No account credit or refund is given.

training camps and outdoor camps (domestic)
$100 non-refundable deposit will be included in the cost Training Camps or Domestic Outdoor Camps
Cancellations over 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – 100% credit given for cancellations one week prior to the first day of camp; or, a refund may be given upon request for any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. The refunded amount will exclude a $100 deposit.
Cancellations 1 week to 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – upon request a 50% refund can be given. The refunded amount will exclude a $100 deposit.
Cancellations 1 week or less – No refunds for cancellations.

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be included in the cost for International Outdoor Camps.
Cancellations over 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – 100% credit given for cancellations one week prior to the first day of camp; or, a refund may be given upon request for any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. The refunded amount will exclude a $500 deposit.
Cancellations 1 week to 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp – upon request a 50% refund can be given. The refunded amount will exclude a $500 deposit.
