Born and raised in North Carolina, his move to Colorado changed his life after he was introduced to climbing. He has been a passionate climber ever since the first time he climbed. His specialties are dynamic movement and overall strength training.

He has a lot of experience when it comes to competitions, so is well adept when it comes to the mental and physical aspects of competition climbing. He loves sharing his knowledge and experience with others in preparation for their competitive career.
