At ABC, I am a strength coach and focus on injury prevention. 

I grew up in California 

I live in Boulder, because I love the community and that everyone genuinely loves the outdoors.

I started climbing when I was 23 years old. 

I keep climbing because It is always changing and I never get bored.

What makes me interesting is I had a prophylactic double mastectomy .

If I were an animal, I would be a dog, probably.

The foods I love are tacos.

If I were a color, I would be light blue .

When not climbing, I am programming for training or running .

What I love about ABC is the pure enjoyment everyone has.
