Cancellation Policies

We offer refunds or gym credit for program cancellations. Please see below for conditions.

Credits must be used within 6 months of their original issue date.  To use credits please call ABC Kids Climbing, as credits cannot be automatically applied during online enrollments.

Classes

  • Cancellations over one week prior to first class – 100% account credit given, or a 100% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request. 
  • Cancellations 24 hours to 1 week prior to first class – 100% account credit given, or a 50% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request.
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to first class –  100% account credit given. 
  • Credit card refunds can only be put on to the credit card originally used within 90 days of the original charge.
  • Cash refunds will be refunded by check and mailed to the address as it appears on your Parent Portal account.
  • Partial credit given upon request for dropped enrollment at any point through the session.
  • No credit given for missed classes during a session.  One make-up card per missed class can be requested at the front desk, and applies only to the student name on the card.

Camps

  • $50 non-refundable deposit will be included in the cost for multi-day camps
  • Cancellations over 1 week prior to the first day of camp – 100% credit given for cancellations one week prior to first day of camp. Or, a refund can be given upon request. Refunded amount will exclude a $50 deposit.
  • Cancellations 24 hours to 1 week prior to the first day of camp – Upon request a 50% refund can be given. Refunded amount will exclude a $50 deposit.
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less – No refunds for cancellations.
  • For changes to camp enrollments we will credit your account if a difference in cost is applicable.

Parent’s Night Out

  • 100% account credit given for cancellations upon prior notification
  • Cancellations up to 24 hours prior – Refunds given, less a $25 processing fee, upon request, up to 24 hours prior to scheduled Parents Night Out. 
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours prior – No refunds for cancellations.
  • Credit card refunds can only be put on to the credit card originally used within 90 days of the original charge.
  • Cash refunds will be refunded by check and mailed to the address as it appears on your Parent Portal account.
  • No credit nor refunds given for no shows

Birthday Parties

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the original booking, and will be applied to your final payment on the day of the party.
  • Cancellations over 1 week prior – 100% account credit given
  • Cancellations under 1 week prior – 50% account credit given
  • No credit nor refunds given for no shows
